My story

Before mentoring, I lived it.

I didn't learn leadership in theory. I learned by leading: teams, targets, and real people.

I began my career in the financial market more than 16 years ago, working at Bradesco and Itaú before spending time abroad in Dublin, Ireland, at Koteve Consulting. That experience broadened my view of leadership, culture, and performance far beyond Brazil.

Today I'm a Partner and Commercial Coordinator at XP Inc., leading a team with multiple leaders and dozens of investment advisors at the Ribeirão Preto HUB. Along the way, I realized that what transforms a career most is not just technical results. It's the ability to lead people, teams, and yourself with clarity and purpose.

I trained as a Coach at the Brazilian Institute of Coaching (IBC) to give structure and method to everything I learned in practice. Today I dedicate part of my routine to mentoring leaders and professionals who, like me, wanted to go beyond the job title and build a career with meaning.
